Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Carthorse, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

Replacement Policy

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), Carthorse will bear the return shipping cost.
