RETURN PROCEDURE:

- You will be informed about the acceptance of your return within 48 hours of raising a request.
- The package will be picked up within 7-10 days.
- You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and initiate the return process.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Carthorse offers no refunds after 30 days of purchase.
- All the return items must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of your invoice.
- However, If the error is on our end, we will cover the shipping expenses and send the item to you.
- If the order error is on the customer’s end, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All products must be returned for examination prior to any credit being dispensed. All products must be returned in unused, unopened, undamaged packaging for being eligible to get the credit.
- The Products must be supplemented by a copy of the proof of purchase invoice.
- If any of these requirements are NOT met, products will be either discarded or returned to you at your cost.
- Once the parcel is picked, within 7 BUSINESS DAYS you will get a refund through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- COD ORDERS: You will receive your refund either in your bank account or in special cases, any other mode of payment as requested by the customer.
CANCELATIONS – Any order cancellations will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS: If you receive an item that is damaged, it requires to be reported to us via email in sequence to file a request.
- The team must be notified to us within 7 days of you receiving your product.
- We will want photos showing the product, damage, packaging, etc.
- We will not make any exemptions outside of the 7-day review limit.

- End of season sale prices may not be inclusive of GST.

- The Discount shall not be applicable on all the products, merchandises, etc. on the website and it may be restricted to the products, merchandises, etc., as may be displayed as Sale items.
- The merchandise is not restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any Product in our stock will be given and we will alert you only when an item is sold out.
- The offer is valid only for successful/approved transactions.
