• • After making the final payment, all the in-stock orders are shipped within 24-72 hours. However, in some cases, it may get delayed due to factors beyond control.

• • Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the next business day. (M-F)

• • If any item is not in stock, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at us and will be immediately shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped whole within 2-3 business days. Some of the items ordered may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you promptly.

• • In case of complete unavailability of any out-of-stock item, Carthorse reserves the right to cancel the order. We take responsibility for informing the buyer about the concerned cancelled order via email/telephonic conversation. 

• • Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 7-10 BUSINESS days to reach you (Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays).

• • All products sold on Carthorse attract shipping charges. The charges vary depending on various factors like product weight, size, fragileness, location and mode of delivery (Air, Surface or Sea).

• • Large shipments will be added; you will be contacted prior to shipping for support.

• • We cannot guarantee conveyance times on any order.

• • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost to the customer.

• • In the unlikely event that an item has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.

• • Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

• • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we will only make shipments through reputed courier agencies.

• • BILLING: Carthorse reserves the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.

Kindly note that we do not accept phone or email orders as they do not provide an online trackable record for your order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason. If your order is cancelled you will not be charged and your bank/credit card company has up to 72 business hours to return the held funds to your available balance.
